Newly renovated home includes everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in the heart of DC. The location is one of the best parts of this rental, minutes from city center, U Street, Logan Circle, and downtown. Commute to all other parts of the DC metro quick and easy with the green and yellow metro line nearby. Rent this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment or both units together as a combo for larger groups.

This house is curated to be your home. The living room, kitchen, and dining space are all open to one another. The living room includes a Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming services ready for use. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, and stone countertops. Make a cup of coffee, prepare your favorite meal, or order in from one of the many great nearby restaurants. Each bedroom includes a closet, luxurious sheets, four pillows (two feather and two gel), and a down comforter. Two full-size beds. Extra large washer and dryer in-unit and a dishwasher included. The apartment comes with all kitchenwares and bath wares, and soaps. Bi-weekly housekeeping available for extended-stay guests.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee and must be reserved in advance. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.

Keep in mind

The apartment is protected by Truvi. If you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. This must be completed prior to check-in. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should the odor of smoke be reported, the stay will be terminated, and a $500 smoking fee will be claimed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If these cause plumbing issues, charges will apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While interruptions are minimized, access to the properties may be required with 24-hour written notice.
