The home is fully furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. This modern, clean, and well-appointed apartment includes all utilities, Netflix, Hulu Live TV, and gigablast Wi-Fi with desks in every bedroom. There is one flight of steps up to this apartment and an adjoining apartment on the same floor, with no access between them.
Bedroom 1 features a king bed with an en-suite, blackout curtains, and a dedicated desk. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, blackout curtains, and a dedicated desk. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.
We have one parking spot for the entire building. Before booking, please inquire if that spot is available. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week.
Each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated desk, and the apartment includes gigablast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work.
The apartment is contactless with seamless and easy self-check-in. Your access code will be generated and shared with you the morning of your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Cooking grease, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed or put down drains. Maintenance may require access to the apartment with 24-hour notice.
