Located on a gorgeous tree-lined street, it is situated across from a vibrant park with easy access to Navy Yard and National's Park, making it the perfect family or business sojourn while in Washington DC.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee and must be reserved in advance. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Neither the property owner nor the apartment guarantees the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.

Keep in mind

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond, and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If these cause plumbing issues, the guest will be charged. The apartment reserves the right to access the property at any time, after providing guests with 24-hour written notice.

About the neighborhood

The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk out your door and find two Metro stops on the Orange and Blue lines. Dozens of restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores are just a five to ten-minute walk away. On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Yes! Organic Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner. On weekends, you can spend your day perusing the vibrant Eastern Market with a cup of coffee from Peregrine Espresso in hand.
