The spacious home offers a modern blend of industrial and organic design including chic exposed beams and live edge furniture elements. The living room is illuminated with overhead lighting and warm lights showcasing the entertainment center. Step further into the home where the dining room and kitchen seamlessly flow into one grand space. Your fully equipped kitchen has additional storage space where you may keep your own appliances to make chef-grade meals. If you prefer to dine out or delivery, store your leftovers in the stainless steel fridge which is enhanced with an ice and water dispenser. Each of the bedrooms exudes its own calming allure and is dressed with clean and comfortable linens. One bedroom has a king-size bed and direct access outside. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and enough windows to allow natural morning light to stream through. Begin your stay by taking care of yourself with select Lather bath products. Whether you prefer a quick shower or a long bath, each of the bathrooms has what you'll need to help you feel at home. Although you're close to one of D.C.'s best parks, access to a convenient outdoor space comes with your new home. The patio is furnished with a couch, seats, and even a BBQ grill. For those driving, there is one parking space available with this home. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $450 per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

The home is remote work-friendly with seamless and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival.

Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should the odor of smoke be reported, the stay will be terminated, and a $500 smoking fee will be claimed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending the stay. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While interruptions are minimized, access to the properties may be required with 24-hour written notice. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If these cause plumbing issues, charges will apply.
