In the living room, enjoy watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, the home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout at the dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker, along with cooking items including pots, pans, baking tray, and utensils. There are also 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer which are coin-operated or app-enabled for cashless use.

Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available to apply for a parking permit. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies if you are booking a flat that allows pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee.

The home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed if mailbox keys are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 smoking fee applicable for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with noise monitoring devices in place. Excess noise or gatherings will result in reservation termination without refund. Exterior cameras record common areas and entries. Certain items should not be flushed or disposed of in drains to avoid plumbing issues, with potential charges for violations. There may be times when the home requires unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour notice provided for access. Shared laundry is available on each floor.
