The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout. The dining table comfortably seats four, and in-suite laundry machines add convenience to your stay. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed wireless internet and air conditioning.

While on-site parking is not available, guests can enjoy the convenience of a Pack 'N Play Crib or a highchair for a one-time fee of $40 each.

Keep in mind

Sidewalk construction may cause noise during daytime hours. The apartment is equipped with noise sensors to monitor levels for guest comfort. We advise against placing online orders during your stay as we are not responsible for unreceived parcels. For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain high standards. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $500 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit and mid-stay cleaning.
