This lovely spacious condo is located on Bloor St West, just steps away from High Park. It features three separate bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed, and two modern bathrooms. Situated on the second floor, guests will need to take the stairs as there are no elevators in the building. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer views of the neighborhood.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and ample cupboard and countertop space. There's a dining table with space for four and additional kitchen island bar seating. The living room offers comfortable plush seating and a smart TV for entertainment. A dedicated laptop-friendly workstation is available, and the apartment has complimentary Wi-Fi and in-suite laundry machines.

On-site parking is not available, but there's a paid parking lot nearby at 2201 Dundas Street West. For a one-time fee of $40 each, a "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair can be delivered to the apartment.

The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
