Street parking is available, and additional parking can be found across the street at The Performing Arts Garage. PG&E is paid at $100.00 per month, with any excess being the tenant's responsibility.
This studio is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable space with access to high-speed internet, making it ideal for working from home. A laptop computer is not included.
There is no concierge on site, but an onsite manager is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. The building features a lush landscaped garden at the courtyard level and a landscaped roof garden with an outdoor grill, seating and dining areas, and a sun deck for entertaining and relaxing. Smoking and parties are prohibited, and violations may incur penalties.
