The home does not have dedicated parking, but a city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. Be aware that street parking is first-come, first-served and can be hard to find at times. Paid public parking is available nearby. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests.
Ideal for remote work, the home includes a height-adjustable standing desk and office chair, along with fast internet. A laptop computer is not included.
This townhome is not handicap-friendly and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, and must not be left unattended.
