Additional guest fees apply for more than four guests, at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of six guests.

Construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, so parking in front of the construction site is prohibited during these hours. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and a $500 fine applies for violations of the no parties, no smoking, and no shoes policies.
