Designed for comfort and convenience, this townhome boasts a great floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels, ideal for group travel. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the spacious living room with a queen sofa sleeper, smart TV, and high-speed internet for streaming or remote work. The rooftop patio offers an al fresco experience with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Add-ons

While the townhome does not have dedicated parking, a city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. However, street parking is first-come-first-served and can be challenging to find at times. Paid public parking is available nearby. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Additional guest fees apply for more than four guests, at $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of six guests.

Home office set-up

The townhome is equipped with high-speed internet, offering download speeds up to 1200 Mbps, making it ideal for streaming or remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

This townhome is not handicap accessible and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. A Ring Camera is installed by the front door for security. Construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, so parking in front of the construction site is prohibited during these hours. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and a $500 fine applies for violations of the no parties, no smoking, and no shoes policies.
