Violations of Condominium Rules will result in a fine of R$200, with the amount possibly reaching up to R$500. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments under penalty of a fine of R$250. Pets are not allowed. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Access to the building before check-in or stay in the building after check-out is not allowed. It is not allowed to leave bags and objects at the entrance and common areas of the building. It is not allowed to change guests after registering. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until 11am. Apartments are subject to variation in view and decor, but amenities are the same. The city of São Paulo can be dangerous, so be careful with your belongings and avoid going out on foot at night. There is no reception, and the concierge is not authorized to release the wait in common areas of the building before check-in. We are not responsible for lost and found in the apartment. Some buildings use facial recognition or biometric systems for entry, so our team may request the registration of a photo during your pre-check-in to facilitate access to the building.
