Tucked right on the vibrant boardwalk of Pacific Beach, this one-bedroom beachfront apartment offers a welcoming coastal retreat amidst the energetic atmosphere of one of San Diego's most beloved neighborhoods. With panoramic ocean views and easy access to the area's bustling attractions, the property provides a comfortable haven for those seeking a dynamic beachside experience.

Step inside your cozy retreat, where the sounds of the ocean provide a soothing soundtrack to your stay. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Relax in the living area, equipped with a TV featuring Roku/Internet TV for your entertainment needs. Prepare your favorite meals in the full kitchen, complete with a fridge and coffee maker. Fresh sheets and a minimum of one set of towels per guest are provided for your convenience.

Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This unit is located in a lively area and some bars may be open until 2:00 AM, and noise levels can be high during peak hours. This home is for adults only; no children allowed. This home does not have a washer/dryer. There is a laundromat across the street. The wall heater is currently unavailable for guest use. However, space heaters are provided for your convenience. Street parking only. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
