The courtyard patio provides a perfect spot for relaxation, while the breakfast nook is ideal for enjoying a leisurely morning coffee. Hotel-grade amenities ensure a comfortable stay.

Add-ons

Parking is available with one garage space and two driveway spaces at Hamilton I, and two garage spaces with a small driveway at Hamilton II. Limited street parking is also available. A pack n' play travel crib is included, and a high chair can be provided upon request with 24 hours' notice. Pets are welcome for a fee, but undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.

A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the homes, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

Keep in mind

This smoke-free property is located on a bustling street, so guests may occasionally hear traffic noise. The pool may not reach full temperature during winter nights due to cold weather and limited heating time. The hot tub is available for use between 4pm and 9pm due to local noise ordinances. Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines up to $10,000. Landscaping occurs on Tuesdays between 9am and 1pm. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am, and no speakers or sound systems are provided. A fine will be assessed for any unauthorized parties or events.
