Description

Welcome to Bay View I, a waterfront cottage perched right on the bay. This charming home invites you to spend your mornings in the sunny kitchen, your days playing in the sand, and your evenings gazing out into the bay with a wine glass in hand. This unit sits on the second and third floors of the home and requires climbing a set of steep stairs to enter.

Designed with comfort in mind, this home features a sunny kitchen, a cozy living area, and ample sleeping arrangements. The room configuration includes a primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a king bed, and a fourth bedroom with two queen beds. Additionally, there are two twin-size tri-fold sleeping mats available.

Add-ons

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' advanced notice. One parking space is available, ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have difficulty getting in and out, while larger vehicles will not fit and are at risk of fines and towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.

Keep in mind

Service animals are allowed. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The home does not have AC and has a wall heater. There is no washer and dryer. Amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away is prohibited. Noise ordinance time is between 10 PM and 8 AM. The unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building, so please be mindful of the volume. The occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request. The neighborhood has a strict noise ordinance policy, suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
