This charming 40-square-meter apartment, located on the 4th floor with an elevator, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere meticulously arranged for your utmost comfort. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Rue de la Jonquière in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, you'll be immersed in a dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The apartment features a fully equipped separate kitchen with a refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bright and comfortable living room includes a convertible sofa for two people and a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a television, complemented by an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Cleverly integrated storage in each room allows you to organize your personal belongings efficiently. Fresh sheets and quality towels are provided, and high-speed internet ensures a fast and reliable connection during your stay.
Motorcycle and car parking spaces are available in front of the residence with payment required from 9 am to 7 pm.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm during the week, with early check-in available from 10 am to 3 pm subject to availability. Late check-in is between 7 pm and 11 pm, requiring key pick-up at our office. On weekends, check-in is between 3 pm and 11 pm, with keys available for pick-up near the Arc de Triomphe. A contract will be sent by email, and a check-in and check-out inventory will be conducted upon arrival and departure.
