On entering the apartment, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a sitting area with TV, a convertible sofa bed for 2, a storage space, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels, an iron and an ironing board. Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet is available, and sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Family-friendly services include a cot and high chair available upon request with 72 hours' notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided. Due to limited parking in the area, it is recommended to reserve a parking spot in advance with an estimated parking price of €25 per day.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and applicable charges. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a charge of €90. There is a minimum age requirement of 21 years to make a reservation, and individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed entry only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors' peace and quiet, as loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Be aware of construction inside the building, for which responsibility cannot be assumed. Internet connection is currently unavailable, and efforts are being made to restore it as soon as possible. Requests for refunds due to this issue will not be accepted.
