Design Passy Terrace is a two-bedroom apartment (753 sqft / 70 sqm) situated in Paris, just minutes from the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower. Located in an upscale and residential neighborhood, the apartment boasts elegant charm and offers easy access to some of the city's most notable attractions. Nearby, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, the expansive Bois de Boulogne, the Musée Marmottan Monet with its impressive collection of Monet’s works, and the Palais de Chaillot.

Upon entering, you’ll be met by the illuminated living room which has a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony with a city view. Adjacent is the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and dinnerware. In front of the living room, you will find the master bedroom with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed and a desk and chair. In the full bathroom, you will find a private washing machine.

The bedrooms don't have a TV, but there is a big one in the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room, and there is a balcony with big windows. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
