It features two gigantic king-size bedrooms and a flexible room that can serve as an office, bedroom, or den. The key-in elevator takes you straight into the unit, which includes a personal sauna in the master bedroom and a large entertainment space. On-demand housekeeping and concierge services are available for your stay, and the apartment is open for event or commercial inquiries.

A long and expansive hallway leads to a dramatic corner living and dining room bathed in natural sunlight, with wide planked oak floors and iconic Soho views from massive double-hung windows. The sleek chef's kitchen is open to the entertaining space and features top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Viking appliances. The dining room table can seat up to 10 with extensions. Nearby, there are three extremely quiet bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms, including a sauna to relax and remove the stresses of the day. The middle bedroom is currently configured as an office or den, but our team can easily install one or two beds in this space at no additional cost. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, iron, steamer, Lutron lighting on dimmers, smart TVs, and a second set of interior windows making the space pin-drop quiet. Soundproof double-paned glass is installed on all windows.

Guests will have access to the entire space. Either myself or Melanie are available for any issues and information. We offer 24/7 concierge services for any modifications or needs during your stay. Reach out and we can accommodate your trip! For art enthusiasts, this was the original Soho location of the 303 Gallery. There is a fourth and fifth bed available, with surprisingly comfortable Japanese mats made locally, and a queen bed kit, made up in the main living room as required, accommodating up to six guests.
