The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, and the unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. This unit comes with a free parking space to use at your convenience.

Registered guests have access to all of the resident amenities at Midblock. This unit comes with a private terrace on the same floor as the pool, BBQ area (reservation required), putting green, and plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy the city views. The unit comes with one reserved parking spot. Cars will need to be pre-registered. An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest will be due to enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. Married couples or parent/dependent child will be charged for one guest at $50 instead of $100. All admin fees are paid at check-in to the building.

Guests will receive two key cards, one for the elevators and one for the garage. For any of the keys lost, there is a $150.00 replacement fee per key. Locked out fee is $100. Visitor hours are until 11pm. After 11pm, any visitor will have to be a registered guest and pay the admin fee.
