This spacious flat comfortably sleeps four guests across two bedrooms and includes a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms offer ample storage with wardrobes for your use. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and mirror. The light and airy living area invites relaxation with a comfortable sofa and TV, while the dining table is perfect for shared meals. Large windows offer serene views of the surrounding trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances needed for a light breakfast or a tasty dinner.

On request, we can accommodate a third guest with a folding bed, and a fee may apply. For families traveling with a baby, a baby bath, travel cot, and high chair are available upon request, with a possible fee. Parking is available in on-street paid parking bays, subject to availability.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise down between 10 pm and 7 am. Ensure to lock the door and all windows when leaving the flat. Check-in is facilitated through a self-check-in system, with keys available for collection from a nearby shop, a 7-minute walk from the flat. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible.
