We offer the option of an in-person assisted check-in. Should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service, a fee of £30 applies between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 applies from 7pm onwards.
Smoking and organising parties are strictly prohibited in the property, and any excessive noise must be prevented out of respect for the neighbours. No pets are allowed except for service dogs. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or will be subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and share a form of governmental identification. Passports are required for non-UK residents, and a UK driver's licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. The property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Last-minute reservations made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner; however, we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff.
