The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation, and any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or will be subject to an additional charge. Last-minute reservations made within 24 hours from the arrival date may result in a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our team is here to help all guests in a polite and professional manner, but we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
