Cleaning services are provided once a week within the advertised price. This is a self-check-in property with keys collected from a lockbox three minutes walking distance from the apartment. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is by 10 am. The apartment has a centrally managed heating system but does not have an air-conditioning unit. Maximum occupancy is six people. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and parties and pets are strictly prohibited.
