Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. Check-in is after 3pm and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm. No parties or smoking are allowed. If these rules are violated, guests will be charged to cover the security call-out fee and any additional expenses.
