While there is no lift access to the fourth floor, the stunning views and elevated position invite you to enjoy the bustling city below. We offer a Meet and Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs. Once your ID is verified, let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member. If you are arriving before 3 pm, kindly ask us about the possibility of dropping off your bags before check-in, subject to availability. Alternatively, we highly recommend Stasher, which provides luggage storage around London at the best rate per hour. A copy of the main guest's ID will be required before arrival. If the reservation is made for another guest, a copy of their passport must be submitted before check-in.
