The office is equipped with a comfortable desk, air conditioning, a mirror, and a wardrobe, making it versatile enough to convert into a dressing room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, coffee machine, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, and electric kettle.

The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries and toilet paper. These items are offered on a welcome basis only and replacements or refills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee, with requests needing to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done by 11:00. Before leaving, place the keys inside the lockbox. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. The complete passport or ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
