The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator access.

Priority has been given to comfort, cleanliness, and style. The bedroom features a comfortable bed, modern wardrobe, air conditioning, heater, and double-glazed windows with blackout blinds for a relaxing night. The living room includes an L-shaped sofa that transforms into an extra-long double bed, a cozy reading chair, a small private balcony, air conditioning, heater, and double-glazed windows with blackout blinds. The bathroom features a 'rain effect' shower and a heated towel rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, toaster, kettle, manual coffee maker, and all necessary cutlery and cookware. There is also a dining/workstation table with four seats, a washing machine, and an ironing board. The bonus attic room is perfect for relaxing, meditating, reading, or practicing yoga, and includes a small library with English books about Lisbon. The stairs to the attic are quite steep. Special touches include original artwork by local artists and unique Portuguese tiles.

Keep in mind

The property is self-catered with basic items provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day and toilet paper. Replacements or refills are not included. Bedding and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and towel set will be provided free of charge upon check-in. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee with at least 24 hours' notice. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, leave the keys on the main table. During your stay, you are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. Costs resulting from technical assistance needed for door opening or damage to the keys and/or lock will be borne by you. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply. The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system conducts advanced analysis, ensuring guests' privacy as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring everyone's tranquility and comfort during their stay. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. The intercom is temporarily unavailable. City tax of €28 per person is to be paid upon arrival.
