Nestled in the beloved historic neighborhood of Santos, this sun-bathed apartment offers breathtaking views of the Tagus River. With all major attractions and historical landmarks within easy reach, including the Museum of Ancient Art just 50 meters away, you'll feel at home in this prime location. Effortless exploration of the city is right at your doorstep, thanks to the close proximity to public transportation. Situated on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, the climb is rewarded with stunning views and abundant natural light. Ideal for couples or small families, this apartment provides a gateway to the lively heart of Lisbon's rich history and vibrant present.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed convertible into two. The bathroom includes a shower, and the living room offers a large, comfortable sofa-bed, dining table for four, and plenty of natural light from the French windows. While the building has the charm of old constructions, it also comes with poor soundproofing, and Santos is a lively area with expected traffic noise. Ongoing construction works in an adjacent building may also contribute to noise.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
The property is self-catered, with complimentary basic items provided for your arrival. Check-in time starts at 15:00, and check-out must be done by 11:00. Only one set of keys will be provided, and guests are responsible for their safekeeping. A penalty applies for key loss. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors to ensure tranquility and comfort. Construction works are taking place next to the building, with no timetable for completion. Please note: City tax of €28 per person is to be paid upon arrival.

Santos is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon, known for its grand mansions, palaces, and old churches. The narrow streets of this picturesque area are home to traditional taverns and "petiscos" restaurants, with many tiled facades adding to its charm. The neighborhood's historical significance makes it an ideal location for the Museu de Art Antiga. Public transportation options, including the nearby Cais do Sodré subway station and bus services, make getting around easy. Taxis and Uber are also available, and a transfer service from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.
