The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room adorned with typical Portuguese decoration and a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a table for three people, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, and only one set of keys will be provided. Guests are responsible for the proper storage and use of the property's keys, with penalties applying for key loss. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors to ensure tranquility and comfort. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. Restoration works on the building's facade will commence from September 19th without a set completion date. Please note: City tax of €28 per person is to be paid upon arrival.
