Add-ons

Free parking is available. Opt for additional cleaning during your stay at an extra cost: AED 150 for cleaning without linen and towel change and AED 250 for cleaning with linen and towel change. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional costs.

Keep in mind

Guests will have full access to the apartment and all the building amenities. A self-check-in process is available for your convenience. Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures may incur additional charges. An AED 500 fee will be charged in case of a lost access card or parking card/sticker. Damaged or missing towels will incur charges upon check-out (AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel). We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.
