Free parking is available. Additional services such as early check-in and late check-out, and additional cleaning during your stay with or without change of linen/towels are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional costs. Extra bedding is available in your wardrobe, and additional sets can be requested 48 hours before check-in at a cost of AED 50 per set. Opt for additional cleaning during your stay at an extra cost: AED 150 without linen and towel change, and AED 250 with linen and towel change. Damaged or missing towels will incur charges upon check-out: AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel.

Keep in mind

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures may incur additional charges. An AED 500 fee will be charged in case of lost access card or parking card/sticker. Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 2000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Passport copies or Emirates ID from all travelers and visitors are required at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security.
