Housekeeping with and without change of linens is available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.

Standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional cost. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of 2000 AED for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available. Pets are not allowed. In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice.
