Keep in mind

Standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional cost. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of 2000 AED for smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed. In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within the building, potentially causing disruptions during your stay. A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
