You will have free gym and pool access, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private parking space. The elegant lobby features a 24-hour reception and concierge desk. The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside, with a AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. There is a minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. A late check-out fee of AED 250 applies for check-outs past 11 AM, if approved in advance. There is an AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card, and a call-out fee of AED 500 for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. Access to building facilities is complimentary and will be provided by the concierge, with access cards subject to availability.
