The apartment comfortably fits 4 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Hotel-grade bed linens and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries and consumables such as tea and coffee to get you started.

Enjoy free gym and pool access, communal seating areas both inside and outside, and a private parking space. Cots and high chairs are available for a one-time rental charge of AED 150 per item. If you require a foldable chair and desk, there is a one-time rental charge of AED 150 per item. Additional cleaning services and linen and towel changes can be provided at an extra cost. Luggage storage is available for AED 150 for the first 2 bags and AED 50 for each additional bag, subject to availability.

The pool will be temporarily closed from January 3 to 30, 2024. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is by 11am. If you require the sofa bed to be made up, please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided or that the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. The AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control. No parties or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
