Our charming 1-bedroom apartment features a spacious open-plan dining and sitting room, complete with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need, including plug-in electric hobs, but no oven. A washing machine is also installed for your convenience. The apartment comfortably fits 4 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Hotel-grade bed linens and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries and consumables such as tea and coffee to get you started.

Enjoy free gym and pool access, with the pool located on the roof offering the best Marina views. Private parking space is available. For additional guests, the sofa bed can be made up for a one-time fee of AED 150. Cots and high chairs are available for a one-time rental charge of AED 150 per item. A foldable chair and desk can be rented for a one-time charge of AED 150. Additional cleaning services and linen and towel changes can be provided at an extra cost. Luggage storage is available for AED 150 for the first 2 bags and AED 50 for each additional bag, subject to availability.

If you require luggage storage before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and AED 50 for each additional bag thereafter.
