Guests have free access to the on-site pool and fitness center. Complimentary valet parking is available for one vehicle per reservation, although trucks are not permitted. In-unit laundry facilities are available with free detergent included. Pets are welcome based on size, with an additional cleaning fee per pet. Pet fees vary depending on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.

Home office set-up

The apartment is equipped with a smart lock system for self-check-in and check-out. Temperature control is provided through both air conditioning and heating, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils for meal prep. Enjoy a more restful sleep with memory foam pillows.

Keep in mind

Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage, and large vehicles will be refused entry at check-in as per the Building Parking Policy. Guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day bookings) to meet legal and security requirements, including a government-issued photo ID and possibly undergoing a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.
