Keep in mind

The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
