Street parking is available, but please be mindful of street signs as parking on the driveway is not permitted. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a small fee and can be requested through our portal, subject to availability.

The apartment is subject to street noise due to its downtown Boston location, which can be very noisy at all hours. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and building, and any attempt to throw a party will result in immediate termination. Pets are not allowed. The AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th. A doorbell camera is installed for security purposes.
