This highly walkable neighborhood is filled with restaurants, boutiques, and local gems, making it the perfect base for exploring everything Nashville has to offer. The complex features three bold and modern buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped spaces, offering stylish studio and 1-bedroom units.

Each studio unit offers an efficient yet comfortable layout with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a choice between a queen-size bed and a sleep sofa. Ideal for shorter stays or travelers seeking a cozy, well-appointed space, each studio also includes the convenience of in-unit laundry.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces in both the front and back of the complex. Only dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 1 dog, which must be approved in advance and is subject to a $250 pet fee. If an undisclosed pet is brought into the home without approval, a fine of $500 per pet will apply. Cats are not permitted.

Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. A steamer is provided for your convenience instead of an iron or ironing board.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
