This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking is available with 18 car parks in the complex operating on a first-come, first-served basis and street parking is also available. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available for use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage or loss up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer.
