Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with decibel sensors monitoring compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, with zero tolerance for violations, and police will be called if this rule is broken.
