This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, resulting in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
