The living room and kitchen nook share a single space, separated by a low half-wall. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffeemaker, and microwave oven with grill. In the living area, a two-seater couch, a coffee table, and a working fireplace are situated in front of a wide balcony door. The wood-floored sleeping area features a double bed and an attractive bathroom with a shower stall. A good-sized three-door clothes closet and shelves complete the layout. The balcony wraps around two sides of the studio and can be used as a sitting area during the summer and for hanging laundry. The studio is equipped with A/C, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Bed linens and towels are provided, along with a complimentary toiletries welcome pack.
Shared washing machines are available in the laundry room. Amenities on request include a baby cot, firewood, and a vacuum cleaner. Located on Mavromichali street in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue, this studio is in a typical Athenian residential neighborhood where everything you need is just a few minutes away. On the ground floor of the building, there’s a cozy Italian grocery store-café, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine with a small bite to eat. A pharmacy is located just across the street, while a supermarket and a small traditional Greek taverna are only a 2-minute walk away. Several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and a variety of other stores are also within a short walking distance. The bus station is around the corner. A 5-minute walk to Kallidromiou street brings you to the weekly Saturday street market (laiki), offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of local food products directly from producers and farmers. In the summer, there are two open-air cinemas in the neighborhood, just 2-3 minutes away on foot.
