Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and high chair are available for a $25 rental fee and must be reserved in advance. Several parking options are available in Washington DC, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.

Keep in mind

The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in with a code generated and shared on the morning of your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior or within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place for security. Certain items should not be flushed or disposed of improperly to avoid plumbing issues, and guests may be charged for any resulting damages.
