This bright and modern studio is the perfect place to stay during your DC visit. Located in an incredible historic neighborhood, the apartment is metro-accessible, just three blocks away. Situated on the same street as the US Capitol and Library of Congress, it is only a few blocks away from these iconic landmarks.

From your front door, you are a 19-minute walk, a 16-minute metro ride, a 7-minute drive, or a 9-minute bus ride to the National Mall. The National Mall includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, the National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian Castle. Museums and memorials are spread out but are all walkable from each other. From your front door, the White House is a 24-minute metro ride away, the Library of Congress is a 9-minute walk away, and the Capitol is just next to that.

You will have access to the front patio and a room with a washer and dryer. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair, which must be reserved in advance with a $25 rental fee. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.

For the comfort of our guests, residents, and members of the trusted partner team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues, the partner can and will charge the guest. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, thus the partner reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
