Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. The backyard is for long-term tenants in the main home only, but guests can enjoy the front yard with patio furniture. Self check-in is seamless and easy with a code shared 48 hours before arrival.
