Keep in mind

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee applies if violated. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. The apartment is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. The apartment reserves the right to access the property for maintenance with 24-hour written notice.
