The primary bedroom suite on the third floor boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea maker. Enjoy the convenience of onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Add-ons

The regular nightly rate covers six guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of eight guests. Dynamic pricing is utilized, meaning booking rates may fluctuate daily.

Keep in mind

This townhome is not handicap-friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. A smart lock grants guest access to the entire townhome. The home is not pet-friendly, with a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, and no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
