Mid-stay cleaning sessions and linen can be organised on request for an additional charge. A baby cot is available upon request, and an additional charge of £50 will apply if you choose to hire it.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single-use toiletries are provided for the first two days of your stay. Parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking at the property is not allowed. Extra guests are not allowed. Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated, so keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. Please use indoor shoes or slippers if possible. Make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property. Our lovely neighbours have families, so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council.
